Looking to hire a castle or château in the South of France for your wedding? We can research exclusive-use estates in Provence, the French Riviera and Occitanie against your dates, guest numbers and budget. The brief may cover a wedding weekend or a longer private event, including a week-long estate buyout where the venue permits it.

Historic châteaux, country estates, vineyards and coastal event venues are researched on request. We do not own venues or maintain a live inventory of available properties.

Questions about bespoke events
Can you arrange exclusive château hire for a wedding in France?
We can research and coordinate exclusive-hire enquiries with independent venues in the South of France. Dates, capacity, rooms, event permissions and pricing are confirmed by the venue before a booking is agreed.
Can a company hire a château for a week?
A week-long corporate retreat or private event can be included in the brief. We check exclusive use, meeting facilities, dining, event permissions and guest arrangements with the venue. A property is only offered after availability and conditions are confirmed.
Can you book a celebrity or headline performer?
We can coordinate enquiries with specialist talent agents for artists, DJs, speakers or celebrity appearances. No named artist is guaranteed. Availability, contracts, fees, travel and production requirements are confirmed individually.
How much does a luxury event cost?
There is no fixed package price. Venue, season, guest count, event duration, production and entertainment determine the budget. Your proposal explains the total, planning remuneration, included services and payment schedule.
How do payments and cancellations work?
Large bookings normally use a 50% deposit and a 50% balance approximately one month before the event; bookings made within one month normally require full payment. Individual venue and supplier conditions may differ. Your quote specifies free-cancellation deadlines, later charges and any non-refundable period before you commit.
