Our business
Travel planning and booking coordination
VELVET ROUTE LIMITED provides travel planning and concierge services to private clients. We source suitable independent providers, coordinate bookings and support clients before and during their trip. Clients pay Velvet Route for planning and booked services; we pay the providers and retain our remuneration for planning and coordination.
Company & partnership information →The idea
One trip.
One contact.
Everything arranged.
Planning a trip shouldn't mean twelve tabs, six apps and a spreadsheet. Tell Velvet Route where you're going and what you like — we help organise the experiences, transport, tables and special requests around you.
Airport transfers, tours, restaurant tables, rentals and itineraries — lined up before you pack.
Already landed? Message us. Boats, dinners, last-minute plans and local recommendations.
No marketplaces, no bidding, no accounts. Just tell us what you need and we get to work.
